Pembrokeshire is known for its healthy cuisine and their tradition of growing their own. As a life long advocate of wholefood cooking and long standing vegetarian I am used to being offered precious little choice when eating away from home, all to frequently leaving restaurants, with a feeling of having been short-changed, hungry, undernourished and deeply unsatisfied.

It is my delight therefore to offer breakfasts, that are truly wholistic and are to my guests tastes. So let me know the kind of thing that you like and I will see what I can do – it’s your holiday. Please also let me know what dietry requirements you may have so that I can make sure I have what you need. When ever possible the food I offer will have been locally sourced and organic.

To give you an idea a full welsh breakfast could include:

  • Local organic eggs, award winning bacon and award winning sausages, fried organic potato, tomatoes and mushrooms
  • A variety of local breads and local spreads
  • A variety of cereal, yoghurt and fruit
  • Smoothies on request
  • A selection of teas or coffee
